Documentation provided is comprehensive, detailed and accurate, to include dated digital photography  (required by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme). Experience has shown that a Tenant is more likely to carefully maintain the property and its contents when a formal Inventory process has taken place, thus avoiding disputes at the end of tenancy.

Residential Inventory Services is fully insured for both professional indemnity and public liability.

Operating hours are flexible, operating a six day week, Monday to Saturday (to include Bank Holidays) All documentation is delivered within 48 hours.
